Founded in 1998 by Ken Taylor, Mark Doerr and Jason Tirado with the backing of an experienced team of intellectual property professionals, Marksmen has quickly become a worldwide industry leader in IP investigations, acquisitions and watch services, with offices in Los Angeles, CA and Research Triangle Park, NC.

Our rapid growth and the continuing trust placed in us by those needing IP litigation and support services is due to our industry expertise, proprietary techniques, existing relationships and effective use of technology. We have conducted over 35,000 investigations to date across the globe specializing in IP matters and we are successful because we focus on the needs of our customer and deliver high quality information quickly, discreetly and reliably.
