Marksmen proffers domain valuations to established clients either as a stand-alone service or at a discount if we are hired to negotiate the sale or purchase of the domain name you desire.
We don’t claim to be forensic accountants or experts on royalty rates, nor do we triangulate the traditional matrices of cost, income and market. We’re all about the market and our experience in negotiating in it. Our approach is quicker, dirtier and far less expensive than our competitors, yet our analysis rocks for delivering fair purchase price valuations.
The estimates we impart are an average surveyed from our skilled acquisition persons and their weighty experience in the domain name secondary market. Each are asked to provide three price points based on the probability of agreement at the price.
Our team of dedicated professionals then considers the registrant profile, how the target domain is currently used, the domain title history, the intrinsic properties of the domain, and any prior contact with the current registrant.
We also appreciate the subjective forces that influence the price of a domain name including the buyer’s budget and the seller’s motivation and any other factors outside of the obvious monetary ones that might change the price. |
