Marv Pollack (Director) is currently Senior Vice President, Marketing Communication for comScore, Inc., a rapidly growing company at the forefront of measuring consumer behavior on the Internet. Before comScore, Marv was Vice President, Corporate Communications of Océ-USA Holding, Inc.; Senior Vice President and Director of Strategic Development of Grant/Jacoby Advertising; Founder and Chief Executive of Pitzel & Pollack Advertising; Director, Advertising of Hyatt Hotels; Director, Marketing Programs and Advertising, Midway Airlines; and Associate International Finance Director, Leo Burnett Company. Marv graduated cum laude with a degree in Economics from Princeton University and received his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Alan Wolen (Director) is Of Counsel and one of the founding partners of Barger & Wolen LLP. His areas of practice include general corporation, insurance and real estate law. Alan is admitted to the U.S. District Court of California (Southern and Central Districts of California), U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Military Appeals, and the U.S. Tax Court. Alan is President, Chairman of the Board, Arrowhead Lake Association, Director and Secretary, Lake Arrowhead Children's Museum. Alan has been a teacher, author, editor and lecturer as well as Deputy Staff Judge Advocate, US Air Force. Alan received a degree in finance from UCLA and his J.D. from USC.
